Description of 1993 Mazda RX-7 R1 |
| Up for sale is my 1993 RX-7 FD Twin Turbo. I'm selling it due to moving and it is already smogged in California. I have lowered the price to 17000 obo because I am in a hurry to sell. its for sale in humboldt county but I'm willing to meet anyone half way if its reasonable. This car is a head turner and one of the funnest cars you will ever drive. Its NEVER been in a wreck and has always been very well maintained and has been professionally repainted 2 years ago. Its a R1 model too which is basically more of a race focused model of the RX-7 which makes it even more rare. The R1s came with duel oil coolers. stiffer suspension. bigger front spoiler. front strut bar. and more. The Chassis has 190. XX miles on it but the engine was rebuilt 8. 00 miles ago by Ricks Rotary in Pleasanton . CA. Not only is it a rebuilt engine but its a Brand New street ported engine with upgraded 3mm apex seals. The rebuild cost me about 10k because I didn't cheap out on anything and i wasn't planing on selling the car. Also the turbos have been upgraded to BNR stage 3 turbos so it keeps the stock turbo set up but is capable of running a lot more boost (no turbo lag). I ran it on the track a couple times and it ran mid 12's in the 1/4 mile on stock boost. Many things have been replaced and I will list the most important things below.
