Description of 1990 Mazda MX-5 Miata STANDARD

Looking for a new home is a 1990 Mazda MX-5 Miata. It has a 5 speed manual transmission and currently 155,000 miles. Runs great. Air condition/heater works fine. Power windows, power steering, equipped with cruise (currently doesn’t work). Small oil leak, body needs a touch up paint job. Has an aftermarket Kenwood radio with CD player. Very small tear (smaller than a dime, see photo) in the convertible top. Normal wear and tear for a classic car. The car has never seen an Ohio winter, it has been stored every year from early November til mid May. Oil and filter changed every season.
