Description of 1991 Mazda MX-5 Miata

Up for sale is our 91 Mazda Miata.
This is a fun little car to drive, but as times change and the son has moved away, its time to part with our toy.The original 1.6L engine and trans has been replaced with a '94 1.8L.
The replacement engine has about 90k miles on it. The rear main seal was also replaced, so no leaks.The top and upholstery is in very good condition with no rips or tears. It does not have A/C, but who needs it with the top down?
The trans operates well through all gears up and down and reverse with no problems.
The paint is the original red paint in good condition for the year and miles. The tires have about 75% of tread on them.
The battery is new.
Cons: the car does not pass visual inspection for smog in CA.
It does pass emissions part of the test, but not visual due to engine modification (throttle body spacer, see pic).
The car does run very well and you should not have a problem with smog in any state except Kalifornia.
