| The time has come to sell my baby. I am an OG and it just is not comfortable for me anymore. I bought it in 2001 from the second owner and have taken very good care of it. Never abused or beaten. Oil changes every 3000 miles. Timing belt and water pump every 60. 00 miles. It just has a tick over 200 on it now. I believe it will go to 300 with the same care it has had. The only mechanical item that is showing some age is the transmission. It is notchy going into third gear. sincros are showing age. Other than that it is a peach. I have thousands of dollars in this car and I know I cannot get it back. It was a labor of love and want to see it go to a good home. The details. all of the body modifications have been done professionally by a well known local body shop. Hundreds of hours spent fabricating. modifying and molding. Everything has been done correct and the work is flawless. This is a beautiful car and you will never see another one like it. Front and rear bumpers are completely custom with fabricated parts and others molded. Custom exhaust. Jackson air cleaner set up. Custom one off short throw shifter. quick release steering wheel. 15X9 wheels with new BFG 225 45 ZR15 G-Force rival tires. New front control arms and ball joints. Racing Beat front sway bar. new Koni adjustable shocks and springs. cross drilled rotors. stainless brake lines. aluminum flywheel. stage two clutch. Hard Dog front splitter with struts. Customized and molded Autokonexion full flare and rear spoiler. Customized Carbon Miata rear panel. VIS Carbon Fiber hood. billet aluminum hood pins. Polished stainless style bar. Alpine CD player. power amp. new clipsce speakers in the doors and seats. That is it in a nutshell I know there is more I cannot remember. This has been a labor of love. It is truly a one of a kind. I was planning on a V8 swap to finish it off but it is time to let go. |
