Description of 1972 Mercedes-Benz 300-Series

Up for sale is my beautiful 1972 Mercedes 300sel 4.5 liter, n the original blue with the blue interior. As you probably know this car is going up in value and they have only built 2,533 of this car, hich makes it extremely rare and collectible.

I bought this car from the original owner who had it from day 1 in in California. I bought this car for my wife and she does not drive it as much as needs to be driven. I have spent over $6,000 on the car in the past year, ncluding the following:

4 Brand new tires, ir filters, otors, uel filter, ll spark plugs, ist cap, ist rotor, il filter, il, ire set, reather hose, ll belts, dler arm, teering coupling, tie rod assembly, teering damper, ontrol arm bushing, ll hangers, rand new battery, rake disc and pad set. The car also has a working sunroof!! The miles are at 88,000 and it seems as if the miles are accurate, he original owner did not drive this car for a long time!!

All the wood is amazing, he headliner is great, he color shines great, as some touch ups here there, ut over all looks amazing, s you can see from the pictures. The only thing I have not done yet is the seats, hey have tears in them and need to be replaced. Also the airbags are good and last a long time, hey need to be pumped up every 2-3 months, t has been disconnected and rerouted so its easy to reach and pump, his is common for most of them.

I have the California plates, have the clean California Title in hand and its ready to be given to the next collector!

Please remember this is a 40 plus year old car, t has blemishes and I would suggest an inspection. The car is being sold AS-IS, o warranty is given and I have done my best to describe everything as best as I can. Good luck and please no low ballers!!
