Bottom line is these cars are now going up every year and make a great investment. theres nothing like buying a beautiful reliable car that turns heads. saves gas. saves the environment (especially when you use bio diesel - a USA product) and if ever you go to sell is worth more money than when you bought it. This series is the last series of production from Mercedes (and the best) and sported an updated turbo for the last 4 years of production which is functioning just as if it just left the factory and is to Mbz specifications. I purchased her from a family in San Diego. The owner worked in LA and drove the car to and from the San Diego area to LA everyday. this car legitimately has freeway miles. Maybe this is why this car is so fast. It is the fastest coupe diesel I have ever owned. The title was issued in 1984 and is clearOriginal and documented 189k miles three owner US car. I see many cars offered on Ebay which do not have the correct miles especially ones dated 1981 and before where DMV and Carfax have no records to substantiate the miles. This car looks as new and drives exceptionally well. I would turn to this car as a daily driver and would drive it to any long distance destination without a second thought. Excellent Carfax showing NO discounts from the full score. I really pride myself in finding the BEST cars. Essentially a 100%. This is one of my absolute best. She performs so well. Available for two years only 1984 and 1985 in this unique red color. which reminds me of a rich deep burgundy version of a candy apple red.
