This is a special find......a 1982Mercedes Benz240 d (123 chassis) with 4 speed manual transmission. Thiscar will run on pure vegetable oil,bio diesel, r regular diesel (equipped with aux 25 gallon fuel tank and separate gage for vegi). If you have a source for vegetable oil you could literally drive this car for free. The car is a California survivor that is 100% rust free with161,190 original miles.

-This 240d is very crisp and clean and completely original other than the add on conversion kit-She runsand drives extremely well. Very reliable and 2.4 lt 4 cylinder diesel-Accelerates beautifully, ery peppy with the 4 speed!-The idle is superb and the diesel engine is as smooth as a Rolex -The clutch is A+-Shifting through the gears feels effortless-No overheating or strange noises-The brakes, teering and suspension are all in proper working order-All mechanical, lectrical systems operate like they should-All of the windows go up and down like they should-The entiredrivetrain is very solid and tight-The large sunroof opens and closes like it should
Cosmetically she is in outstanding original condition.-100% rust free (body, hassisand frame) Amazing!!!!-The paint finish is vibrant and looks amazing! There are always minor imperfections on any unrestored original vehicle. The overall appearance is A+!

This car is great and extremely rare in this color "Ultramarinblau"!

-No accidents-No dents-Nice shiny original chrome/trim. -Nicestock matching hubcaps
The interior is also ingreat shape!

-Theseats aresoft andcomfortable. The drivers seat/passenger seatdo have some minor wear.

-The dash looks great! (see pics). There are some imperfections below the key switch and a few cracks on the center console (see pics)

-The carpeting anddoor panels/headliner are ingood original condition.

-The ashtray was replace with switch for fuel heating elemnt and aux gage
