This is a 1981 Mercedes, 80 SEL, ilver with Blue Leather Interior, 4,000 Miles. The car looks and drives beautifully. It's a very classy car. The two defects are:1. The tires show dry rot and need replacing before freeway driving.2. There is a rattle when backing up. Going forward, verything is normal with smooth shifting and acceleration. This car was bought new and my wife and I are the only ones to drive it. It has spent a great amount of time (usually six months a year) parked in a garage or under a cover in a carport. It has a Louisiana registration, ut the car is in Santa Barbara, A, here we spend some time. It just passed the California Smog Check. The buyer must pick up the car personally and sign a Notarized Bill of Sale and have a valid driver's license. Payment is Cash only at time of pickup.
