Payment, terms and conditions: Winning bidder must make a non-refundable $250.00 deposit that is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The balance is due within 7 days of end of auction. If the required deposit won’t be paid within 24 hours of end of auction, the transaction will be cancelled, the car will be relisted and the winning bidder will be reported to eBay! The car must be paid in full before pick-up, delivery or shipping. Buyer is responsible for pick-up or shipping of the car on his/her own costs. Generally you should pick-up the car at our location, but on request weare willing to deliver in Central Texas(New Braunfels and within a250-mile radius)for $1.90 per loaded mile (Dallas-Fort Worth area ok). If you are outside our delivery radius, you can ship the car through u-ship or something like that. We'll cooperate with your chosen carrier. Fees and Tax: All Texas Buyers must pay for TT&L. No exceptions unless you are a licensed Car Dealer. The TT&L is not included in the cash price and will be billed separately. Out of statebuyers have to pay $49.00 service fee for out-of-state preparation and foreign buyers have to pay $99.00 service fee for Export preparation.
