This handsome 1975 450 SL is a 100% rust free California survivor with 138. 93 actual miles. The car starts right up and runs extremely well. The engine is very powerful and doesn't miss a beat. The transmission shifts properly through all the gears. The brakes. steering and suspension are all very tight as well as the entire drivetrain. All mechanical. electrical and climate control systems worked properly when tested. The power windows go up and own with ease. Cosmetically the car is very attractive. The paint finish shines beautifully and looks amazing!There are of course imperfections from normal road use (chips. nicks. scratches. fading. dings. etc)The body chassis and frame are all 100% rust free. -No dents-Nice chrome. wheels have some peeling but still look good-All rubber is A+-Tires are ok. but we always recommend new tires if we do not know the exact age-All trim. weather-stripping emblems and accessories are A+The interior is all original. Beautiful leather seats with a lovely patina. Amazing for being 40+ years old!The top is original and in fair-good condition. however there are minor imperfections. -Original HardtopOverall this car is a wonderful looking and driving classic Mercedes. the new owner should enjoy years of driving pleasure.
