Description of 1985 Mercedes-Benz 300-Series coupe

Last year of the 123 series 300cd Turbodiesel. Only 1291 were made in 1985. Date on pictures is not accurate--camera was not set up properly---they were just taken this week.There is a mileagediscrepancy which shows up on CARFAX but not AUTOCHECK!TRUE MILEAGE IS UNKNOWN.
Car is being sold strictly as is. Runs fine and most features work except for an intermittent tach and cruise control.Original Becker radio works as does the power antenna. All power windows work--door locks -sun roof.
Car runs fine. Interior does have areplacement dash cover but the seats etc are excellent-had sheepskins which I just removed.
I recently bought it from a woman I have known for a long time,She bought the car 8-26-09 with the odometer showing 116,449. Apparently,previous to her ownershipsomeone replaced the odometer or rolled it back as Carfax shows service by a Mercedesdealer(randH) at 154,374. NJ registration at that time showed "Actual Mileage"as does the current title.
New Napa battery-recentoil and filter change-new air filter-trans fluid and filter just changed.Have 5 new Glow Plugs which are not installed and there are no starting problems--just spare parts
Reserve is set very low.Car is located in Pt Pleasant New Jersey. 45 minutes from exit 7 on NJ turnpike.
