Selling my 1975 450SL. The original owner of the car passed away a few years ago and I purchased the car off of the original owner's daughter. She said that the car had be sitting in her garage for almost 10 years. It is a hard to find color combination. I have the top carrier which will be included in the sale. Recently (6 months ago) the gas tank was flushed and recoated. At that time, a new battery, fuel pump, and fuel filter were installed. The interior is very nice other than the worn out seats. Dash is very good with no cracks and the radio bezel is extremely nice and complete. The car does run drive and stop but would have to be towed to its new home because it needs brake work to be road drivable. It also needs exhaust work. I have the trunk panel that covers the gas tank. The car is extremely solid and much nicer than others that have not been restored yet. 70k original miles. I planned on restoring the car to have a nice sunday cruiser but have gotten caught up in other projects and am running out of room.
