Description of 1929 Mercedes-Benz Gazelle Custom Pick-up Convertible |
| This car was custom built on Ford Pinto chassis with 2.3 litre engine and automatic transmission. The rear seat was eliminated and a custom pick-up bed designed complete with tailgate! It has a roll bar and the interior trim is Alligator skin, it has custom gauges and a "quick-release" racecar steering wheel for easy removal! There was a lot of work put into this car and custom touches. Title has not been applied for yet allowing for completion 1st. Engine runs excellent and transmission shifts like new! This car is a true "One of a Kind"!! There are a lot of Gazelles out there but this is the only Gazelle Pick-Up!!! |
