| This is as nice a 300D as you will find. I am the fourth owner. It has been restored in almost every aspect. including extensive mechanical work. It has no needs. It is ready to drive and enjoy. while you are getting great fuel mileage. This car was originally sold by RBM of Atlanta to Thomas D’Alessio. He sold it to the father of the man I purchased it from. The father was a factory Mercedes mechanic. The maintenance has been complete and detailed. It has a record of every oil change from new! The son embarked on a restoration of the car which started in 2005 and completed in 2009. There are binders of receipts for parts purchased for the car. Everything is documented. The car has a bare metal paint job in its original color that is of very high quality. All hardware was even replaced for doors. hood. etc. Every rubber part on the car was replacedNew anodized trim was put on the bodyAll glass is like new. The only body flaws are some scratches on the front bumper. but the bumpers are otherwise excellentThe engine and transmission were re-built in 2005. It only has about 17. 00 miles since thenThe item list of mechanical items replaced is huge.
