up for sale is a nice 240d with a OM617 turbo swap mated to a 4 speed manual trans. If you have ever driven a 240 with its original OM616 you already know that you can probably run faster than the car. This thing is a Bullet compared to its original power plant. The body is in good shape with little to no rust, No she is not a show car but it does shine up nice. the paint could benefit from a good buff and wax to bring the shine back. below I will list the good, and the bad. The car runs very strong, and is beyond reliable. Its a perfect daily driver, and can be driven anywhere with confidence.
The good-ice cold Ac-OM617 very strong-seats are in good shape-dash is in good shape-new tires-nice hubcaps (one is chrome)
the bad-2nd gear grinds sometimes. But it does not affect its driving at all.-No radio or speakers-the headliner needs cleaning or a replacement-the speedo does not work-the fuel gauge works but the low fuel light stays on-the paint is not perfect
