I'm selling my 1980 Mercedes 300sd. It ran perfectly fine until it got a slight knock. I'm pretty sure it's from the valves because they have to be re-adjusted every 15-20k miles. It's been sitting and taking up space in my driveway so I just want to get rid of it. I don't think it starts right now since it sat for a while and the the battery is dead. I've done so much to it, like: New Michelin tires $490 New brakes New water pump New all (5) injector nozzles OEM Bosch $200 New fuel tank Cleaned out the Injection Pump Etc. The car has: Practically No Rust Power steering Power windows Automatic 4-speed transmission that shift so smoothly! The legendary om617 inline-5 (3.0)L Turbo-Diesel Tan Leather interior Shedding paint A/C that needs to be recharged Good shocks.A really small oil leak from the turbo drain oil drain.Clean title and has never been in an accident.It even has cruise control! And about the engine, if you didn't know it's the first ever Turbo Diesel engine made and they're legendary because they last forever, so if you fix the problem, fix up the interior a little and repaint then you have one expensive classic S-class Mercedes-Benz.Will need to be towed and selling as is.If you have any questions ask me on eBay or call or text me @503 930 9525 (preferably text). |
