Description of 1987 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class 560SL R107

Hello! Thank you for visiting my ad,
First I would like you to know, I would hate to see this car go, I love this car but current situation is forcing me to sell it.
I use to work at a Mercedes parts store, and this was my personal car that I wanted to restore, with no expenses spared, with that being said, I've put in about $8,000 in parts alone in it. About $6k in labor.
ALL GENUINE PARTS AND FLUIDSNew dashboard $1500New michellin defender tires $600New leather interior $800New fuel distributor $1500New fuel injectorsNew Fuel pump, filter, accumulatorNew Spark plugs, cap rotor,New brake pads new rotors new brake hoses new fluid new brake master cylinderNew guides, new timing chain, new head gasket new bolts all the ports were cleanednew sensors and switches all aroundAll fluids are newwater pump thermostat and cooling component newlubricating components newfuel parts all new
Too many parts to list that are new.
I didn't finish my project, the car runs and drives fantastic, passed smog, just needs couple minor adjustments, fuel air mixture adjustment is advised, and might need new idle control valve as it surges a bit on warm up.You can drive this car across the states the way it is now.AC needs to be recharged, also windshield has a crack, old soft top is in bad condition and original.

All electricals work, radio works, antenna works, power steering is smooth, brakes feel brand new
You won't find another mercedes that has been redone to this extent for this price, you can buy a low mile one for more sure, and then dump in thousands because all your rubbers are going to crack and be old.
Good luck and have fun! Hope it doesn't sell hahaha, send me a serious offer I might consider it.
