Description of 1994 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class V12 Convertible Roadster RWD Low Miles

1994 Mercedes Benz SL600 - Coupe/Roadster - Triple Black, with Black Removeable Hardtop.
Twin-DOHC 48-valve V-12 engine, 4 -speed automatic transmission, Bose Sound System with trunk mounted 6 disc cd changer. Power Seats, Power Mirrors.
Have original tools and a stand for the hardtop.
Small tear in Driver's seat.
Rebuilt Transmission, new Heater control valve and radiator replaced 900 hundred miles ago.
Convertible Rear window is plastic and is turning yellowish.Headliner is starting to sag in hardtop due to age and adhesive drying out.
Driver's Side Door burl walnut cracked.
Have other service records, original tools and Sales Brochure.
Appears to be original spare tire in trunk.
CA car, clean title in hand, no accidents.
I am the fourth owner (second owner was a dealership)
