Hello to all eBayers!I have been with eBay for several years and I want to keep my reputation here 100% positive. I am a private collector, who has endless passion for classic cars and trucks. 90% of the vehicles have been rented out to movies commercials or high-class parties. Right now, I’m liquidating my collection since I’m selling my warehouse. Are you an old vehicles connoisseur looking for classic/vintage vehicles without having to pay luxury prices? You are in the... right place! I know that magic feeling when the right quality meets the right price, so I sell my vehicles worldwide at the most reasonable prices. I bought this vehicle with the intention of bringing it to California to add to my collection. This 1973 Mercedes-Benz 280 SEL is located in a Copart facility in 108 N. MAIN STREET, WINDSOR, NJ 08561-0489. I tried to sell it on Copart, but this vehicle is a classic, clean title vehicle. You can buy this vehicle on Ebay or through Copart by becoming a member. This vehicle has a clear NJ Title. If you need to get a CA title for this vehicle, I can help you with that for an additional fee.1973 MERCEDES-BENZ 280 SEL 4.5The Mercedes-Benz W108 and W109 are luxury cars produced by Mercedes-Benz from 1965 through to 1972 and 1973 in North America only. The line was an update of the predecessor W111 and W112 fintail sedans. The cars were successful in West Germany and in export markets including North America and Southeast Asia. During the seven-year run, a total of 383,361 units were manufactured.the 280SEL joined the model line in 1968. The car had the longer wheelbase of the W109. The chassis code remained W108.MechanicalUp for sale is a beautiful 1973 Mercedes 280 SEL 4.5. This car is awesome and is almost 100% original. Great smooth ride with original 75K miles on it (odometer has stopped working very recently). This is a two owner very well maintained car. I have the original title which dates back to 1973 - a classic title). The engine runs strong and the transmission shifts smoothly through all gears. A/C needs to be charged. Original Becker radio ( antenna needs to be fixed ). All the tires are almost brand new. Overall very nice and a reliable daily driver. The puddle under the front of the car is water that was wiped off of the hood due to raining before shooting photos. Exterior The car has a nice color combo of Forrest Green with Tan interior. The paint is original and in excellent condition with very little imperfections. Includes 4 heavy duty front and rear bumper guards. The chrome is in great condition and all glass is nice and clear. There is rust in the trunk area (see pictures). The undercarriage is very clean. This is a very original and well maintained car that can be enjoyed for many years. InteriorThe interior wood trim is in average condition. Excellent tan interior with the back seat with original leather and the front 2 seats with newer leather.
