1989 Mercedes-Benz E 300 (300E) 4dr Sedan Year: 1989 Make: Mercedes-Benz Model: 300E Series Trim: 4dr Sedan 300E Mileage: 222,800 VIN: WDBEA30D2KB056180 Trans:4 Speed Automatic Color: Champaign Vehicle Type: Sedan Drive Train: RWD Engine: I 6; Code (103.983/5); 2962 cm3 or 180.8 cu-in; 12 Valves (NA); Fuel System : MPI - Bosch KE-Jetronic 3.1 This is the W124 chassis-designation. Its a Classic and Vintage MB I purchased this a couple years ago (I purchased this one and the other listed 1995 together) and then lost the title. I recently found the title. The title is signed but has not been transferred to me. Upon sale, I can have it transferred to me and then sign it over to you, or you can take the title as-is. The Good: The previous owner took very good care of it and it was always garage kept. The body is in great shape and has VERY LITTLE RUST (garage kept). The car is very dependable and has never failed to start. The Not So Good: It runs fine, but once in a while it hesitates. I think it will eventually need a new Idle Air Control or its relay for the IAC. The drivers side door window motor needs to be replaced (it works, but VERY poorly) Vehicle Options • Air Conditioning (Changed over to newer Freon (with label in engine compartment)) but does not work • Alloy Wheels • Automatic Climate Control • Cruise Control • Leather Interior • Power Adjustable Seats • Sun Roof (Sliding Roof) (not sure if working) Buyer is responsible to check all features listed and condition.
