THE BODY AND TRIM
The exterior of this 1976 450SL is in fair99.99% RUST-FREE CONDITION overall with a decent overall shine to the paint finish with a host ofnicks, scratches, faded and brush touched-up spots. The soft top looks to be original with some wear on the plastic window. I would call this a presentable, driver-quality twenty footer! THE INTERIOR
As I hope is articulated in the photos, the interior of this classic Benz is in quite original condition overall with working speedometer and odometer, working driver side electric window, working stereo. The dash has only a couple heat cracks, the leather and carpets are worn and tattered [I think "patina' is an appropriate word]. I have not tried the heat or ac so let's say inop to be safe!
