Description of 1986 Mercedes-Benz 300-Series

mercedes benz 300Sdl 6 cylinder diesel (SDL means S= sedan. D= diesel. L= long body 6 inches in the rear doors. its is a very comfortable car to drive with leg room for all passengers. the radio needs the theft code from mercedes so it does not work. the car leaks a little oil. not real bad. the a/c needs recharging. there are some ripped seams in the leather interior. but has real sheep skin seat covers in the front. the clear coat is flaking as all of the older Mercedes do. tires are good. dash has a few cracks. original alloy wheels are in great shape. no manuals are present. the switch key don't work the trunk. opens with the vacuum lock. this diesel has great power as good as a gas engine plenty of power to get on the highway. It is a handsome automobile that looks like it should cost more.
