| Private seller is offer this superb classic California 1982 Mercedes-Benz 300D car to the the highest bidder with NO RESERVE! Engine Head was recently replaced. ($2500 Value alone!!!)It looks like this car has been in the garage most of its life as the weatherstripping and paint are in good order. It'sbelieved to be with the third owner. Theprevious owner was a Red Cross volunteer which traveled frequently on the freeway.Selling this car because it's no longer used and this car needs to go to a good home!HAPPY BIDDING!HIGHLIGHTS:NO RESERVE!Engine runs great! (Head was recently rebuilt to OEM specs with all new valves seats seals etc.)AC BLOWS COLD! Good for this hot weather we're having!California car very little rust!Sunroof works flawlessly!Tires are 90% tread left!Brakes are 90% left!Details:Exterior - 8/10 The paint has a deep luster and the chrome is bright. Very little door dings and a small not toonoticeable dent in the right rear panel. All lights shine bright and in beautiful original condition. The rims are in pretty good shape for being 33 years old. No cracks and tires are balanced.Interior - 9/10 The seats are nice and soft with a rich luster. The only wear on the seats are a small hole warn away on the drivers side. The dashboard holds a shine but does have a few cracks in it. Spare tire is in great condition too.Mechanical - 9.5/10 If you want a great running car this is it! The engine head gasket was recently blown (between cylinders) so the head was recently replaced good for many years to come!! ($2500 value!) Transmission shifts great and on time.
