Description of 1968 Mercury Cougar GT

Nice rare Cougar 390 gt and a 4-speed trans. power disc. p/s . Only 186 built. and of those only a handful in the hot Cardinal red color . Still retains most Original paint The drivetrain is sweet and the clutch also. Body needs resto has some rust and pitting. eeds some sheet metal for the undercarriage . hood lip. 2 spots on rear window and drivers quarter. floor pan and little on torque box outer skin etc. but restorable or if drivetrain is needed on a Mustang its a late 1967 build date. Comes with marti report. Runs and drives strong. DOES NOT NEED A REBUILD only 69000 miles. S- code engine with a 9in. rear. Very hard too find a big block 4-speed car. also needs a muffler and dash pad . ord radio repair and sometimes blinker does not activate. Nice new gas tank installed .
