Description of 1954 Mercury Monterey

Nice straight nearly rust-free body with almost no rust or damage. It's powered by a Lincoln Mk VII 5.0 Litre HO V8 fuel-injected engine, (same as a mustang) AOD transmission and 9-inch Ford rear axle. Full dual exhaust. Runs, drives nice.
Front end has Aerostar springs, dropped spindles and power disc brakes. Rear end has lowering springs and lowering blocks. Mercury power steering, Chevy C-10 tilt steering column with column shift and '54 Chevy steering wheel. Super nice stuff.
Completely rewired with Painless components. All workmanship is first class.
Car is complete with all exterior trim and interior parts and pieces. Interior is all new never sat in. New headliner. All glass is good though some of the rubbers could stand replacement. Needs some finishing like tucking some wires inside the car. I'll try and address that before it's sold. But you can drive it averyday as a daily driver now. Super reliable.
