Up for auction is a 1941 Mercury 4 door sedan. This car had been parked for years until we just got it running. I am helping a friend sell this. The recent work done on the car included the following;brand new correct gas tanknew electric fuel pumprebuilt carburetornew rear tube type shocksOverall condition of the body is very good. No visible rust, one repaint years ago. Solid straight panels. missing some trim. All glass is in good condition. The interior is an older restoration, missing headliner. I believe the interior could be cleaned up and used as a driver type car. The engine starts right up (using the button on the starter solenoid, needs new starter switch) and sounds good. Someone started to install a new exhaust but did not do the best job, probably will need an all new exhaust. It will need a complete brake job. Tires look good but are old. Most of the chrome trim is in good condition, bumpers have been replated and still look good. Has radio but is not working, some of the gauges do not work. Overall a project car that will need work. Please email with any questions. I have a good title but there is one digit that is wrong, common mistake and easily fixed. Title reads 99A930486 and the frame number is 99A330486
