Description of 1977 MG MGB

This is a 1977 mgb I built for racing in h production and vintage classes in ICSCC, SCCA and other west coast racing. It has been backdated to 1974 spec so runs dual carbs and correct weight and has ICSCC log book with appropriate cage and safety eq. certification. No expense spared in preparation, started as absolutely rust free car, all components rebuilt and race prepped per rules. Has been in heated storage and not raced in over ten years and is still fresh and spotlessly clean including underside. Has been used in various car shows and promotions and displays. Engine has 2 races since fresh and runs and pulls strong, Lots of fun to drive, handles very well, tires are old but still hold air and present well. Spare steel rostyle rims for rain tires and extra set of alloys for practice tires. Some spare bits. Very dependable fun racing, will need new belts and perhaps fuel cell for current regulations depending on what sanctioning body you race in. Currently has large stock tank and headlights with covers as I wanted to race in the cascade enduros but never did. Transponder does not come with car. It's time for someone else to have fun with it. Reserve is less than cost of engine and drivetrain, buyer must send certified deposit within 48 hours of auction end and arrange for pickup and transport, funds must be cleared before vehicle will be released for pickup or shipping. Welcome to view in person or send agent for inspection.
