Description of Mini Cooper S

This 2009 mini Clubman S has served us well, ut we need a larger vehicle. It is great fun to drive, ith the 1.6 turbo and manual transmission, nd has never been modified or chipped.
We have owned it for almost four years, nd put almost 80K miles onto it. I just did a 550 mile round trip, nd it was steady at 34mpg highway, ut has plenty of go for overtaking.
Aside from cleaning it, ll we have needed to have done is minor servicing including changing the oil (every 3-4K miles), rake pads, tires, eplace the coolant and header tank (and thermostat as a precautionary measure at the same time as they are problematic and I was changing out the coolant), nd replace the mechanical fuel pump about two years ago. I recall it had a new battery about 12 months ago as well.
I'm happy to report, hat it has been 100% reliable all the time we've owned it, nd has no check engine or other warning lights.
It accelerates, rives, tops, urns, s it should. It doesn't shimmy, rattle, ang, moke or pop; it feels really good behind the wheel.
The Bridgestone tires have less than 5000 miles on them.
It came from the factory with the following options (all of which work perfectly):
Climate control
Interior Accent lighting
Cruise
Bluetooth
Power Moonroof
Xenon HID headlights with washers
Power mirrors
It has the black cloth interior, nd painted the rare Horizon blue metallic paint, ith the silver roof and accents. I have two sets of keys, nd the full owners manual is in the glovebox.
As would be expected with a car of this mileage that was in use as a daily driver, here are a few little blemishes and issues, o please read this so you can be 100% sure what you are getting and aren't surprised. If it's not listed here, ou can assume it is in good working order - otherwise I'd have listed it!
The passenger side door mirror cover and passenger rear wheel has scratched paint (see pics).
The Hood is faded a little behind the scoop (pic), ood also has a nickel sized chunk of paint missing courtesy of the gritter trucks last winter (pic) and top of hood has (fresh) scratches on top where my dog decided to chase the neighbors cat who took sanctuary on the safety of the hood a month or so ago. There are also a few small spots where the clear-coat has simply disappeared. I've not had any accidents or anything, his has all appeared in the past 12 months or so. If you got the hood resprayed, t'd take care of all this.
The mini has a clean carfax that is available for download.
