Description of 1991 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX

Car is dilapidated inside and out. Study pictures carefully. Stored outside. Hasn't run in over tenyears. Some rust, scratches and dents. Rear passenger's wheel locked from sitting. Vehicle will needto be winched onto a flatbed or trailer. Vehicle will need to be towed off the ground.
Vehicle was vandalized in storage. Passenger's door window was smashed and the interior wasexposed for an unknown amount of time. Interior has sun and water damage, cat and mousedamage. Interior is basically ruined.
This was a bone-stock, unmolested car driven by a middle-aged woman and meticulously cared for,who's son borrowed it and threw the timing belt. Their mechanic didn't realize the engine is aninterference type and began installing a new timing belt, but never finished or reassembled themotor. Parts removed are supposed to be in the box in the hatch - I haven't checked if all parts arepresent. I assume some valves are bent. Crankshaft not seized.
