Description of 1984 Nissan 300ZX Coupe Turbo

1984 Nissan 300ZX Turbo coupe. I have had this car for four years now but now want to sell it. I have a 2014 Infiniti G37 coupe and have not looked at the 300 for two years.

The car runs but really rough - did this when I purchased it. I have done many things (see below) but still runs rough. Original miles!

Only rust is inside the rear spare tire bay (little surface) and inside the drv rear (under the jack sponge - must have had a leak sometime of spill inside rear compartment). Floors are perfect as well as the entire undercarriage (Was stored all it's life in garage - now in shed).

What I did:

  • Replaced car's computer (fuel pump was always on with old computer and now goes off when fuel pressure builds up as normal - old computer included). car runs much better since this but continues to run rough.
  • Spark plug wires and plugs
  • Checked placement of timing belt (confirmed correct)
  • Installed new temp sensor x 2 times (everyone online said this was the problem - nope!)
  • installed busted A/C line (needs to be recharged now)
  • changed many other sensors and connectors to fuel injectors
  • Purchased new muffler (included with car)
  • Car stereo removed (do not have original) and newer Sony waiting to be installed
  • New fuel filter
  • checked fuel pressure and everything was normal
  • New distributer cap and button
  • all new belts (x3)
  • A/C recharge and conversion kit will come with car as well as A/C vacuum kit

I hear the turbo wind over when revved but boost shows in negative and only goes to zerowith revving (online forums states this is normal and I will not see boost until engine under "real load").
