I bought this 300ZX Non-Turbo approximately a year and a half ago and am the second owner. The original owner(s) (husband and wife) took great care of the car. It has a little over 137K miles and only 2K of that has been put on since I bought the car. 3 months after I bought the car I was transferred to Seattle but kept our house here in Phoenix and the car was stored in the garage. We returned to Phoenix in June and I just re-registered the car a couple of weeks ago. It passed emissions with flying colors and the tech who tested it said this is the cleanest 90 300ZX he's ever seen. When I bought the car I called the dealership in Peoria, AZ that had done most of the service for the PO and found the timing belt was changed approximately 7K miles ago. The car is bone stock except that after I bought it I had an alarm, electric door locks, and a push button start (complete with computer module and key fob activation) installed. The stereo unit is aftermarket but was installed by the PO and is connected to the Bose system. It is a nice install - no hack job. I put in custom Lloyd floor mats, and a custom (made for the 300ZX) window shade as well as a dash cover. I also installed new mufflers. Everything works, the leather interior is in fabulous shape, no cracks in the dash, the T-tops don't leak. The 5 speed works great as does the cruise control and A/C. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this car. I would not hesitate to get in it tomorrow and drive to New York. The only reason I am selling is that I have my eye on another car and need to make room. I am a car nut so I tend to change cars often and it's time to let someone else enjoy this one. Note: Description says sunroof but the car has T-tops. |
