Description of 1987 Nissan 300ZX

1987 300ZX Short wheelbase 2 seat manual with T-Tops for sale
Bought about 3 years ago in Florida for a summer car
I was a professional mechanic previously with my own auto repair shop, now retired. This is my personal car.

Has original pinstripe cloth interior in excellent conditionOriginal 300ZX floormats also includedT-tops never leak, even going through a carwash they seal perfectlyWheels are flawless and original
Things I have not attended to:
The oil pressure gauge works then doesn't. It seems like a connection issue but it didn't bother me enough to pull it and figure it out, and the Cruise does not work. Everything else is perfect, even the antenna which has a new mast. Electric locks, electric mirrors, windshield wipers and rear window wiper motors both 100%, window motors, headlight motors all perfect. A/C is ICE cold.

Upgrades:- Headlight bulbs have been changed out for high quality LED units rated for 10,000 hours of use. They really throw light down the road and are vastly superior to the dim candles that were originally fitted.
- Windows have been professionally tinted at 50%- Original stereo was dead and paper cone speakers had seen better days when I got the car, so I got the new pioneer unit With Bluetooth, USB and AUX and kicker speakers. Also installed professionally made sub boxes with 2X10" Diamond subs in the rear, looks factory. Sounds amazing - Crystal clear trebel and deep bass which is adjustable. They are driven by a German Blaukunkt amplifier.- Exhaust rear section from the front of the diff back was replaced with a bolt on aftermarket unit and stainless muffler with welded tip. Sounds amazing, nice and throaty yet subdued at cruising speed. Was not a cheap unit I think it was around $400, made in USA.

Have a substantial file of all the original books and receipts for all work performed going all the way back to the 90's, all parts used by myself to bring the car up to date on maintenance, etc...
Fully serviced with:
New brakes all 4 corners just this last fall. Rebuilt all 4 calipers and parking brake mechanisms and replaced all padsBrake master cylinder replaced
Clutch was replaced shortly after I got the car. Transmission seals and engine rear main seal were replaced at the same time
Transmission and differential oil was changed as well with Royal Purple 75-90Clutch master cylinder and clutch slave cylinder replaced as well as clutch arm boot and clutch hose

There might be some other stuff that was done, but I cannot remember at this timeI expect to do this stuff on any 30 plus year old car immediately upon buying it so there were no surprises and it is/was apparently a very well cared for car it's whole life. Ready to do another 90k miles without much concern.

I have a collection and this car is out of that collection. I have the title in my hand and in my name. I can assist with either picking you up at the airport or shipping the car (I have an excellent shipper I have used for years both while in business and in retirement).
