Description of 1967 Oldsmobile 442

Off-the-frame restoration several years ago. Factory options are: Anti-spin differential. close-ratio 4 speed transmission. heater & defroster delete. Dealer-installed options: red plastic front fender wells. forced-air induction system. battery mounted in trunk. All track-pack components are 1967 original with the exception of the positive battery cable and the fresh air hoses (they're reproductions). No radio option. 3. 90 rear end. all date-code and casting numbers match except for the starter and the steering box. I didn't take any chassis pictures because I don't have a hoist. but it's exactly as it left the factory including a reproduction Gardner exhaust system. spiral shocks with part code stickers. etc. Everything has been reconditioned or replaced. No rust except for a very small spot under the windshield that was repaired when the body was removed. The dash was professionally rebuilt and original 1967 factory materials were used for the headliner and the seat upholstery. Original Harrison radiator. shift boot and shifter rebuilt by Hurst. Original R code rims are off the car at the moment. The reproduction bias ply redline tires that are on it now are about 15 years old and should be replaced; I have an original GM set of the factory hub caps. Original reconditioned steering wheel. All clear glass including the windshield. The paint is extremely nice and was just professionally buffed. I've had the car for about 15 years. Feel free to call Tim at 805-524-3971 with any further questions and thanks for your consideration.
