Description of 1977 Oldsmobile Eighty-Eight Delta 88 |
| This car was purchased by my father new off the showroom in 1977. I have all the original bill of sale and window sticker and owners manuel. My parents lived in the country so the car had some rock chips on the sides. I was going to have the sides repainted but the body shop suggested painting the whole car so every thing matched better. New bumpers and windshield also installed. I had a local auto shop go through the car front to back for any problems. They replaced the transmission pan gasket the valve cover gaskets changed all the fluids and I had new exhaust installed and a new battery. Also has new tires. Drives and runs very nice. This was my mothers car so was never abused or raced. Could maybe use some new shocks because it feels a little soft but other than that everything works good except the clock. |
