I drive this Hurst Olds almost every day. The sound of her exhaust and the power of her Rocket 350 always puts a smile on my face. She purrs like a kitten if you just want to cruise, or will smoke the tires if called upon to do so.One of only 2499 made (only 1334 were Ebony Black). And it is estimated that only about 500 Black ones are still roadworthy today. In 1979, the Hurst/Olds was back. The 1979 H/O was much more than an appearance package. This was an Oldsmobile-built car with a real Hurst Dual/Gate shifter, and the ONLY A-body General Motors car to come with Oldsmobile's L34 R-Code Rocket 350-cu.in. V-8 engine in '79.Color choices were limited to two-tone black and gold, or white and gold. Cold Factory A/C (Brand New A/C and Tune-Up Just Done), Power Steering, New Tires, Rear Deck Spoiler, etc. Runs and Drives Great. This is as nice an example as you will find for the price.
