Description of 1970 Oldsmobile Toronado

Beautiful & Rare 1970 Oldsmobile Toronado 455 with only 76,500 Original miles!
Excellent condition in and out. Older repaint that was done nicely and shows very well. Interior is all original and stunning! Original white vinyl top is in excellent condition! Chrome is in great shape with only a minor ding on the rear bumper. Runs and drives great. Very solid all around including frame and floors. It's a beautiful car. But it's not a $50k concourse car. Although it would be the perfect candidate to make into one.
Brand new 18" chrome American Racing wheels (original 15" steel wheels incuded with sale if wanted). Recent carb rebuild, Coolant flushed, New belts and Tune up. It's a fun car to drive! I get thumbs up and compliments every time I drive it. Most people ask.. what type of car is it?
Over $1400.00 spent last weekon a complete front to rear OEM style dual exhaust system. Including a stainless steel Jones Full Boar X-Flow muffler. Not loud at all. But has a very nice tone at Idle and when accelerating.
Many power features including.. GM Delco Pleasure Lift shocks with the control under the dash. Power windows, power seat, door locks and rear defogger. All 4 power windows work.. as do the power locks. Radio and gas gauge do not. The power seat does work. But will need a new switch or the switch rebuilt. Heat and A/C unit won't switch off of floor/defrost mode. But fan works on all speeds. I believe it is vacuum operated.
I bought this car last year with the intentions of customizing it. I wanted to make it a bucket seat console shift car. Then add some 442 style or Hurst Olds white stripes. But I only got as far as getting a nice set of chrome wheels and exhaust for it. I just have too many cars. My wife has had it with my hobby. So it's time for me to sell off a couple of them. All Serious Reasonable Offers Will Be Considered. Also, if you do not want the chrome wheels. I can put the original steel wheels back on it.
Check the NADA values. I've priced this car well below the average value to sell! But even with it's few quirks. The condition of this beauty is far above average!! It's not only a great rarecar to own. It's an excellent investment!
