The Cutlass was sitting in a garage locally. and was purchased new and kept here in Staten Island. The original owner had a second car and kept this one as her baby. The car is equipped with factory air conditioning. vinyl top. the powerful 350 Rocket engine with a 4 barrel carb. and automatic TH350 transmission. The car is in excellent condition with minor rust in the typical places. lower quarters in front of the whhels. and the passenger side lower fender behind the wheel. The rest of the car is extremely solid. including the trunk pan and floor pan. The underside of the doors are like new as well as the weatherstripping. It does appear the car had some paintwork. but was not a total repaint. The engine runs great with no noise or hesitation. It does crank a little at a cold start and shakes slightly. however. we did not even tune it up. once warm it idles flawlessly and accelerates strong. The Air conditioning comes on and everything works well. The heat is 100% as well. The transmission shifts strong and does not hessitate one bit. It has power brakes and stops strong. All in all. this is a great running car that could be perfect with little work.
