1962 Oldsmobile Starfire 2-Door hardtop with 71,000 original miles!! This Olds is a true 1960’s survivor from the 394 c.i. / 345 h.p. V-8, and 4-speed Automatic transmission (aka 'slim Jim' to the dark blue leather interior.

Regular maintenance was of utmost importance and many new parts have been added over the past couple of years including new fuel pump, brakes and hardware, power booster master cylinder, exhaust system, radial tires, rebuilt Rochester 4-barrel carburetor, and tune-up.

All the exterior chrome and stainless steel are in very good to excellent condition with little or no pitting.

The tinted glass appears to be original too without any hazing or bubbling present.

For its age, the factory leather interior looks fantastic with the exception of the driver’s seat and padded dashboard. All factory courtesy and dash warning lights work as well as the gauges, center console tachometer and AM radio!! The clock and power antenna do not work.

The exterior of the Starfire retains the original “Magic Mirror” color combination of Cirrus Blue with a white top. It was re-painted over 25 years ago and it is starting to show some age. Small ‘pimple’ like bumps appear in various areas on the car and there is evidence of bodywork, see photos. Overall, the car shows well and is a great driver.

Extra parts include original fender skirts, (3) of the original wheel covers, factory seat belts, and a car cover.
