Description of 1954 Other Makes

Good day everyone. You are viewing what must be the finest unrestored example of a 1954 Packard Patrician known to exist. The Patrician was Packard's top of the line model and this example is in amazing unrestored condition. The car has been in my family for decades. It belonged to my 90 year old uncle. He used the Packard very little over the years in nice weather only and it has been kept in a dry garage undercover. Only 44k original miles, not 144k. The Packard starts right up, runs and drives excellent. It feels like you are riding in a big comfortable bus. Heavy and smooth. There is no rust on this car. 98% original Orchard Green paint is still very nice. Small lower area touch up was done over 40 years ago due to minor scratches. All the original chrome also in very good condition. My uncle use to take this car to AACA shows and on tours with the Packard Club. Won best in show many times in the unrestored original condition class. HPOF. The interior is completely original and just stunning. Look at the photos. Unreal for a 65 year old car. The original Packard rubber floor mats are still in the car. The dash and steering wheel still look like new. Again, look at all the photos. This car has Packard's famous "Easamatic" Power brakes which still stop the car strong along with the original working power antenna. The Ultramatic transmission shifts perfect. No rust out under this car or anywhere on the body. The trunk still looks as new. Original spare tire is in the trunk and the carpets are excellent. All the doors, hood and trunk shut tight and the rubber weather stripping is still soft. No rattles inside the car. I have been torn on selling the car for a long time, however, the time has come. I have no space to keep her. If you have any questions or, if you would like to come see how wonderful this car is for yourself and go for a test drive, just let me know. I also took a video of the car driving from inside the car. Although I could only load 24 photos, I took many more photos of every area on this car including under the car so if anyone would like to see more photos, please ask me. I am not a car dealer/flipper. This is a family owned car offered for the first time on Ebay. NOTE, it takes time and cost money to hold an Ebay auction so serious ready bidders only please. If you bid and win, you own the car. The reserve is more than fair for a Packard like this. The winning bidder should be very pleased. My Ebay feedback has always been 100% positive since I signed up with Ebay over 15 years ago. I tell it like it is. Yes, the car is beautiful! Thank you for your interest.

Thank you for all the kind comments on the Packard. My uncle loved this car which is why it's still in remarkable condition after almost 65 years. It's very unlikely that another unrestored 54 Patrician exists even close to this car. I drove the car to work and back home yesterday without an issue except for everyone on the road stopping and looking at the car passing by. The low reserve is not too far off now. If I sent the car to an auction house such as RM, or Mecum, both already expressed interest in selling the car for us, the car would most likely bid twice my reserve, I know that, you guys know that as well. I underpriced the car so it will sell. As I said, I would like to keep her in the family, however, I have no place to keep the car. Come and see this car for yourself and you be the judge. I have many more photos of every part of the car including the frame and floors which are just as good as the rest of the car. Just ask and I will send more photos. I have a video of the car driving if anyone would like to see it. I don't think some of you may realize just how well preserved this Packard really is. Yes, it's that nice. I tell it like it is.
