Description of 1930 Other Makes

Fuzzy Dice Autos Has up for auction a very rare body off restored 1930 Hupmobile museum piece! We were very fortunate to procure this vehicle from a local collector. The car underwent a body off restoration done by a local classic car restorer. No expense was spared to make this car pretty much perfect. Less then 100 miles were logged on the odometer since the restoration. The vehicle was always housed in a climate controlled building. More then $50. 00. 00 was spent restoring this treasure. The paint alone was $10. 00. 00. The sheet metal is perfect. No body filler or blemishes anywhere. This is a completely steel chassis. The very expensive paint finish shine like new. The chrome is perfect. The badges are all original to the car. The glass is perfect and so is the vinyl roof . The tires are like new. The under carriage looks like the rest of the car. Photos of the under carriage are available on request. The interior needs absolutely nothing. The plush genuine leather seats are and look new. So are the carpets and headliner. The dash and gauge package are excellent. The gauges work perfectly as they should. The door panels are excellent and also done in the period correct wool. The 6 cyl. motor is correct to the car and looks and runs perfectly. It's equipped with the correct Stromberg Carb and starter. We installed a brand new 6 volt correct battery. The car starts right up on every try. The car runs strong. quiet. smoke free and stops on a dime. The three speed plus reverse transmission shifts smoothly through all the gears. The clutch works perfectly. The Hupp coupe measures 114 inches in length and weighs out at 2. 95 pounds. In 1930 she sold for a hefty $995. 00. So if it's a Hupp you're looking for then this is the very nicest one you'll find! Unlike other classic car dealers who photograph their cars in professionally lighted studios or on Hollywood driveways. we at Fuzzy Dice shoot our cars on our lot using nothing more then a point and shoot camera. So what you see is what you get. Most times even nicer in perfect. We anticipate a high volume of inquiries on this vehicle so please don't hesitate to contact us. We're more then happy to talk about this gorgeous collector car that's being offered to you at a very reasonable price. Very best of luck bidding!
