Description of 1948 Packard Custom Deluxe |
| 1948 Packard Custom Deluxe four door with the 120 inch wheelbase. Very rare barn fine This car is amazing! Starts right up. Has the Packard straight eight engine. Stops like it should. Also has the overdrive transmission. Shifts like a new one. The car is complete with no missing chrome or other trim. Still has the original radio. We are going to sell the car exactly as it was when we found it. It was covered with dust when we picked it up but we ran into a rain shower on the way back and it washed most of the dust off. An opportunity to own a car as rare as this one does not happen very often.You have to see it to really appreciate this rare piece of American History. Car is price to sell. We will be listing the car for sale locally so we reserve the right to end the auction early. |
