Older restoration, ooks to have been restored about fifteen years ago to a driver’s quality restoration. Judging by thelicense plate found in the trunk, he car was registered inCalifornia around 2000 and the condition of the sheet metal it looks to have been aCalifornia car. I found it in an old garage where it looks to have been parked and not driven for the last 10 years. The car displays the PackardCentennial meet sticker from 1999-2000 and I would estimate the older restoration was completed in time for the car to attend that meet.
