Description of 1939 Packard 1700 Super Deluxe

Missing Hood lost in transit otherwise fully intact. Minimal rust and corrosion. Dent on driver side cab top that looks like can be popped back out with various light scratches and small dents overall. Paint was brushed on. Upholstery will need replaced as well as cloth head lining and floor mats. Engine and transmission are fully intact and was told that it ran when it was parked but I could not verify. Engine turns over freely but has not been attempted to start, o ignition keys, nd no battery. Tires are holding air but are no good. Gas tank has been removed and is laying inside the trunk. All original chrome trim is either on car or in trunk as far as I can tell. Vehicle was stored in a warehouse with other vintage vehicles part of a collection inherited from estate of a women I purchased it from. I have documentation from the Lady I purchased from that performed VIN research from with the Colorado State Patrol. No title was ever issued for this vehicle.
