Description of 1949 Packard SUPER EIGHT

NO RESERVE AUCTION THE HIGHEST BIDDER TAKES THIS PACKARD.

This auction is for a 1949 PACKARD barn find. The only thing I did after buying this car was to wash the exterior. The engine is not seized it turns over, other than that the car is sold as is without any warranty. If you want to bid on this car please assume that you will have to restore this car completely before attempting to drive it. The car doesn't drive it will need work to be able to drive it.

There is surface rust but I couldn't find any rust all the way thru other than in the trunk. Inside the trunk there are a couple of holes(rust holes) . The car looks to me like it is all original. The 2 front tires are flat I will try to fix them hopefully they hold air. Please check the pictures and ask any questions you may have before bidding. If you have any questions or you need more pictures please just ask and I will do my best to answer your questions or get you more pics.

Again this car is a project car and is sold "AS IS WITH NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER" .The highest bid has to find a transporter and pay for the shipping. All the arrangements and the shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. You can pick up the car from Portland once the payment is made and the funds are cleared whichever method of payment you will choose. The highest bidder has to place a non refundable deposit of $300 in the first 24 hours after the auction ended.

I reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time since I have the car advertised locally for sale.

Once the funds cleared you can come and pick up the car from Portland OR or send your shipper to take it.I will do my best to help you or your transporter to load the car.

Thanks and best of luck.
