Description of 1959 Plymouth Other

Anyone interested in late 50's Mopar convertibles know how rare and difficult to find they are.

Here's an old custom car, 1959 Plymouth convertible.

I don't really know much of the history of the car.

It was customized many, any moons ago.

The exterior side trim was shaved, Continental Kit was added and the car was painted in what probably was a beautiful color and a set of wire wheels were installed.

Many years later we received the car as a trade in on a beautiful 1957 Dodge convertible we sold.

We love old Mopar cars but our shop is full of 1957-59 projects and we don't have time to restore this one.

The Plymouth is missing the top frame but except for that and the missing side trim it is pretty complete and not messed with.

This is a real convertible, ot a cut up hard top and the convertible specific parts are in excellent condition.

All convertible side glass is in place, he trim around the windshield is there etc.

Seat frames are in great condition, s you can see the rear seat does not have a seat cover. The rear convertible side panels are in place.

The Plymouth does come with a clear title.

The car has a 318 and push button transmission.

We started the motor so we know it runs and we filled the master cylinder with fluid, umped the pedal and got brakes but the car has not been on the road in many, any years and it is not ready to be driven yet.

So, nbsp;you can not fly in and drive it home!

We have a huge restoration shop in down town Phoenix and we can do work on the car if a buyer wish, e can even restore it for a customer.

Our specialty for the last 29 years has been high quality restorations on 1957-62 DeSoto, hrysler, odge and other Mopar cars plus we also sell parts, oth new and used for most older cars all over the world .

Since we opened our restoration shop in Arizona 1986 we have exported old cars to around 25 countries all over the world so we can help with shipping to pretty much any place on the globe.

We pack containers with cars and parts headed to Sweden every month so shipping to Scandinavia is not a problem at all.

We encourage inspection before bidding on the car and please ask questions before bidding!

AND PLEEEESE DON'T BID ON THE CAR UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING AND ABLE TO PAY SHOULD YOU BE THE WINNING BIDDER.

A $1000 deposit is due within 24 hours of the end of the auction, he balance is due within 7 days.
