Description of 1970 Plymouth Road Runner |
| 1970 Plymouth Roadrunner in very nice condition ( originally an Arizona car ). This car had a full cosmetic exterior restoration which includes a nice straight & solid body with a P. P. G. base coat/clear coat paint system in the original color of lime green metallic ( paint code FF4 ). New bumpers with new rubber bumper moldings. New windshield. New door glass. New rear side glass. All new stainless trim. New door handles. New door mirror. All new weather stripping. New front grill assembly. New decals. Recent tires on freshly painted 15 inch dog dish wheels ( wheels are color coded to the car ). New decals. Engine compartment & trunk bay were also repainted along with the door jambs & trunk jams. Underside of hood & deck lid were also repainted. Car has a super solid undercarriage. Very strong running matching # 383/335 H. P. motor with factory intake manifold. Factory air cleaner. Factory style chrome valve covers. The exhaust has headers with Flowmaster mufflers ( sounds nice ). Has electronic ignition. Holley 650 carburetor. The motor has a small rear main seal leak ( I think that's where the leak is). Matching # 4 speed manual transmission with factory pistol grip shifter & has a new Centerforce clutch. 8-3/4 323 Sure Grip rear end (originally had 355 gears ). Nice Interior with new carpet. New headliner. New rear package tray. New dash cap. New wood grain decal on console top. New door panels. New rear side panels. New arm rest pads & new chrome arm rest bases. Upper & lower door frames repainted. Rear upper side frames repainted. The rear seat is fine. The front bucket seats are in good shape. Each bucket seat has a minor tear at the seams where you sit ( but they still look good ). The lights work. wipers work. meep meep horn works. e-brake works. blower motor works. speedometer works. odometer works. tachometer works. gas gauge works. oil pressure gauge works. voltage gauge works. temperature gauge works when it wants to. dash lights work. console lights work. Aftermarket radio not working. clock not working. heat is not blowing that warm. & dome light is not working. Car is being sold with a clean open Massachusetts title. The title says 53. 80 miles. & the odometer says 55. 00. but being a 1970 car. I am going to consider the true mileage unknown.
