Description of 1966 Plymouth Satellite

listing my very nice 66 4 speed 426 hemi(real hemi motor, not a crate motor) plymouth satellite now that my white(h code) 66 hemi 4 speed satellite is done.this car left the factory with the 361 motor but was upgraded with a date correct 1966 426 hemi motor that is 500 hp,( new edelbrock carbs)4 speed transmission and a 8 3/4 with 3 91 suregrip, tti header, front brakes converted to disc with dual master cylinder, alarm system,cd player.. the black interior is in very nice shape as is all the glass, bumpers are very nice and the paint has a show quality finish to it,still has factory undercoating underneath, car is always stored inside and never driven in wet conditions.i do not wash my cars, only dust them off and spray with detailer as they are under car covers in my garage.all the lights and guages work as they should, car fires right up and can idle till it runs out of gas without any overheating issues, coker red line tires with painted steelies are in great shape,i have a lot of plaques and trophies from car shows with this vehicle.i drive this car on nice days and would not be afraid to drive it to florida and back,it gets good gas mileage if you stay out of it,id guess 14-16 mpg, of course if you want to smoke the tires and go like a bat out of hell it has no problems doing that also, its never been to the track.when i dropped the 426 motor in it i also added the correct hemi brackets and wire harness, red cap mopar battery 6 years ago,i put 4300 miles on the motor in the last 8 years. like i said i drive this car and i get compliments on it everywhere it goes and its a blast to drive and super dependable.if you have any questions just shoot me a email ill answer honest as i described this car, this is a very nice car with therarest baddest mopar motor you could get(my opinion)back then.this blue car gets every bit as much attention at car shows as my real 66 white satellite does but this car is the one that gets driven more due to not being a real hemi car. thanks and good luck . car is listed locally so auction could end at any time, i can also help your transport co load

to answer a few questions im getting about this car, there is only 1 hood for it, i put the super stock scoop on it to give it a tougher look(1st pic shows it) my 340 duster and 340 charger were sold to finish the white hemi 66, yes i would possibly sell just the 66 hemi motor out of blue car but i have 26 k in it alone(price them and the crates, not cheap)fender tag is in blue ca, i would sell white hemi car buts it much more then the blue car of course and yes id sell them both if you have the funds, talk is cheap as they say lol has a 23 spline tranny yes it has after market tach, oil, and temp guages, painted 8 years ago, hope that helps, mini starter due to tti headers
