Description of 1970 Plymouth Road Runner |
| Very nice restoration of a great original rare conv. bird. Built Oct. 5th 1969. Near flawless FE5 red painted end to end top to bottom. Not a nick or chip to be found. very nice gaps. and great workmanship on all surfaces. Before you get on me about what is not correct read the whole ad mopar guys!! OEM parts used or restored whenever available or possible (sorry for the wrong 3spd wiper motor. correct motor was on backorder for months. nbsp;the correct wiper motor will be provided to new owner in the box) Wheels: I like the chrome 500's better looking than than painted 14's with trim rings. my call. nbsp;your choice of either brand new correct 15" Rally wheels. nbsp;trim rings. nbsp;and center caps with new BFGs or the polyglass set and chrome 500's you see on the car. Numbers matching drivetrain. nbsp;429 built. very few were FE5 red. even less white top and interior. If your don't think that's important sit on a black seat with the top down in the spring or summer with shorts! Power top (correct grain top) P/S. nbsp;Disc Brakes. P/T. nbsp;all work better than new. The trunk is detailed with matching chrome rim. jack and polyglass tire. I planned to ad the assembly paint marks this spring per the B-body ICCA judging books provided by Dave Wise. Dave Wise's ICCA judging books. fender tag cert. will be included also in sale. Quarter panels were repaired as needed when restored. however they very well done and seamlessly. nbsp;no filler or seam can be found with fridge magnet from top edge to bottom lip. Also the car was blocked and sanded properly as there is no panel distortion or deviation/waves. Our plans have changed and we are moving west in June. The FC7 Cuda 340 pictured last will be for sale next. nbsp;also real FC7 white gut car. nbsp;billboard 340 auto. nbsp;buckets. console A/C tinted glass car. 3-5 footer. great stock driver condition older paint. Everything from the key buzzer to hood blinkers. tic tock tack. nbsp;and lights work perfectly. Starts perfect. runs very strong. and not a drip under this car. Sorry. I'm not a great photographer. nbsp;flash. lighting/sun may make some photos appear dull. dirty or orange this car is far better than the photos I can take. I encourage an in person inspection and will help throughout the purchase and pick up as needed. Thx! 30 days of storage is not a problem for now also.
