Description of 1967 Plymouth Barracuda

1967 PLYMOUTH BARRACUDA CONVERTIBLEI am listing this car for my friend. you are bidding on a 1967 Plymouth Barracuda Convertible. This is a true barn find. It has been in storage building for 20 years. The car wouldn't start. roll. or drive. So. in the last few weeks he has removed all the brake drums. rebuilt all the brakes and replaced the wheel cylinders. replaced the master cylinder. bled all the brakes. Now the car stops great. The car wouldn't start so he removed the original Carburetor had it rebuilt and replaced. Replaced the sending unit in the fuel tank. Flushed all the fuel lines. new fuel filter. new battery. the car now starts and runs great even the choke works. This is an absolutely rust free car with original floor pans. trunk pan. and quarters. The paint from sitting under a plastic cover has several bad spots now. that need to be scuffed down and repainted. most of the cars appears to have original paint. including the jambs. I would highly recommend painting the out side of the car to make it a show car or a cruiser. the car looks good from 10 feet. The passenger side door has a long scratch/dent from pulling the car into a garage many years ago. The inside of the trunk is all original and in great condition. with all the original seam sealer and still has the jack and the tools. & sticker on trunk lid. Under the hood is all original and really nice condition. could use some detailing ( on brackets and parts etc. ) but it starts right up and everything works as it should. Enough of the bad. The car starts and runs really nice. the car has the original 273 V-8 with original 2 BBL carb single exhaust. Everything works on the car. the A/C blows ice cold. and the heater works great. car has the original radiator. alternator. etc. etc. All the turn signals. headlight. dash lights all work great. All the gages work as they should. Power top works great. power steering is good etc. All the windows roll up and down good. All the seals/rubbers are nice and soft. With very little work this could be made a very nice driving/cruising rare convertible car. I also have the factory broadcast sheet that came out of the back seat.
