Description of 1989 Plymouth Colt DL WAGON

Fun, fun, fun ... drives like a go kart. So responsive -- it's a blast to drive!
You could drive this car for 10 years, put 50,000 miles on it, and resell it for what you paid for it. It will hold it's value because it's so well built, dependable, rust-free and a classic. You don't see these Colt wagons very often, and definitely not in this condition.

Rust-free out-of-state Colt wagon.
Just drove it 963 miles in under 24 hours from Baldwin, MI to Dayton, OH and back.
Reliable to drive anywhere. It probably has 200,000 more miles to drive in it ...
1.5 liter Mitsubishi engine!
FLORIDA car. Never seen snow.
Front wheel drive, automatic, NEW WINDSHIELD, new radio ... heavy duty thick metal construction - built like a tank ....
Has non-working AC but it probably could be fixed with a new compressor or .... I haven't ever looked into fixing it. Manual locks, windows, etc.
Safe, slow & roomy wagon .. perfect for college kid.

*** I have the front "Colt" grille -- I just took it out to install an auxiliary cooling fan. I have property next to a junkyard and I always grab a fan from wrecked vehicles and hook them up to all of my vehicles. I'm a firm believer that the cooler that an engine runs, the longer that it will last.

It will get up to 85+mph but it takes 30 seconds to do so, but it rides nice even at that speed.
$3,000 is cheap for a rust-free, classic car that you can still be driving (or handing down to someone else in the family) 10 years from now.

License plates only cost me $50 per year and insurance is cheap too.
